Hi! I’m Jenn (She/Her), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have both personal and professional experience with anxiety, depression, personal growth, and issues relating to motherhood. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, using an array of evidence based therapy techniques guided by your specific needs.

Vandana Caruso is a trained Parenting Coach from the Jai Institute for Parenting and formally, a Montessori Educator of twenty years. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from UMASS Amherst, along with a Montessori Teaching certificate from the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies.
